if you are stillgetting this it means you had a virus and it was deleted (good) but your pc is still looking for it (bad)

a friend sent me a video using .MOV file. My windows media can not play it??? any ideas? help. i really want to see this video.

.MOV files play in Apple Quicktime. If you want to use Window Media Player, you can get QuickTime alternative. It will install the necessary plugins for Window Media Player to play a .MOV file.

Rusty- thanks so much! it worked. my kids and i are happy people. the video we wanted to watch was of our kitten that our cousin adopted. she sent a video to show how he was doing.
