BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. -- A Butler County man was cited for flying his [COLOR=blue ! important]American flag [/color]upside down.David Rice, 50, of Muddy Creek Township claimed he put his flag up at night and didn't realize it was upside down until recently. What are your thoughts? Should the guy have been cited for this?

Was the offended passing motorist too thin skinned? Did they make too much of this?

I probably would have knocked on his door and pointed out his error before just calling the police... Given him the benefit of the doubt.

However, had he been a jerk about it, then I would have called.
