From what I am told warrants are being served to one of our illustrious ex School Board members today. I will confirm this as soon as possible. I won't be depending on the Daily Times for coverage.
I want to be absolutely sure before I say a name.
I am not sure if they are being arrested or served a subpoena. Like I said I will confirm this as soon as possable.

Oh believe me, I have a lot of comments to make to a lot of people and a lot of I told you so's and a lot of how much do you love your pseudo-God now's coming in a bit.

So let me start by saying:

He recieved a citation or some other summons back when the whole thing first started (right after the others were arrested), but everyone just ignored it cause he was a God to them (I am working on pulling all of his criminal / ethical / other citations and summons now to make sure everyone remembers it). So he had that, then most recently a ethics violation, and now this.

Last time I checked, my God didn't have ethics issues or STEAL from people and/or organizations. Stand by for documents......

Just as a reminder folks, John Green was also just found guilty in March of this year of ethics violations by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Ethics Commission. Here is that information below:

2. Per the Consent Agreement of the parties, Green is directed to make payment in

3. To the extent he has not already done so, Green is directed to file with the School
District accurate and complete SFIs for calendar years 2004 and 2005 by no later

Have the warrents been served? Is he arrested? Hiding?

Or are we all just cheering because the warrent has been issued?

I know that I am not cheering. This Penn Delco debacle has to stop. I feel sorry for all of the families involved with this circus. I just want to know what happened to warrant his arrest.

Go out of the country for a few months and come back to the never ending circus. I do not have an opinion eithr way. I need to wait and see the facts before I choose a side. We should all do that and please remember the families that are involved. There are people jumping and cheering about this news, I have heard from them already, what if he is proven not guility, then what? We should all take a deep breath and wait and see what develops.

I love how people are saying 'he has family', 'you are sick', 'Admins do something'.

You know these are ther same people that were lighting their torches and grabbing their pitch forks when others were having legal issues and some were even incarcerated. I love how now that the shoe is on the other foot, it is 'leave my hero alone', 'enough is enough', 'why do you care'.

So with that rational what you are saying is that it was NOT OK for someone to make side money on a, what others referred to as an excellent program, that parents paid for (cause these were the people you were throwing stones at before)- but it is QUITE OK for someone to steal directly from taxpayers and line their pockets with cash from within pdsd.

Now, I may only have several advanced degrees, (and oh yeah, my IQ is higher than hers, believe me) but that sounds like a crock to me!

Did they all forget so quickly how many hundreds of pages they filled with their nonsense on the ones they wanted tarred and feathered? Now it is time for those who really STOLE money to go to prison, and I for one can't wait.

And, oh yeah, by the way, I ain't loyal to jack and I am no one's client. For those of you that don't know what the HECK I am talking about - I AM NOT LOYAL CLIENT.
