SEWICKLEY, Pa.—An 18-year-old Pittsburgh-area man has been jailed on indecent assault charges for allegedly letting two girls, 11 and 14, lick chocolate off his chest during a game of "truth or dare."

Online court records don't list an attorney for Justin Sayre, of McKees Rocks, who remained in the Allegheny County Jail Thursday, a day after his arrest.
Ohio Township police say the incident happened when Sayre was at a friend's house with a group of young people, some older and some younger than him.
Police also charged Sayre with corruption of minors. They contend he also kissed the girls and lay on top of them while they were sleeping. He faces a preliminary hearing on Aug. 27 and, so far, has been unable to post $10,000 bond. SOURCE

I get that the guy was 18 and the girls were minors. This incident is a little weird but where is the crime? He let girls lick chocolate from his chest. Not his genitals. He didn't like the chocolate off of them.

I mean, I let my niece lick the chocolate from the brownie batter off my fingers. What does that make me?

The kissing and sleeping on them while they are asleep is a little creepy too but isn't this guy really being wronged here?

I think they are trying to say that it was sexual in nature, if not in deed.

Let's say some hot woman is licking chocolate or whatever off your chest... what would you be thinking?

I get taking preventative cautions but I think that this might be a little over the top.

In the past I have been to bars and parties where you lick salt of of each other and then take a shot. Of course we are talking adults here but I don't know if I got a chubby from it or thought damn I'm gonna slam her later tonight.

Were the girls forced? I doubt it.

Here's another point I was making on another thread where this shit is going way too far with people going to jail. Now this kid is going to jail over 2 girls licking chocolate off his chest. Yes I most definitly see where the ages are a factor. I know I would flip if I find out my nieces are doing that. But to throw him in jail and go through court over this is freaking bullshit. But yet we are letting the druggies and people who actually do a crime go. Whats with these people and asociety we live in.

True and I agree with you to an extent but the girls are not all that innocent either. With the way the girls act and dress these days at such a young age and that goes hand in hand with the parenting that goes on too. I would never allow my daughter to be at a house with no supervision of a PARENT not just an adult.

You would be surprised the things that girls that age are thinking... My niece will be 18 in December. Her mother has let her spend weekends at her boyfriends house since she was 15. And the boyfriend's mom had no problem with it either...

I don't get kids today. At 11, I was thinking riding my bike. Not the neighbors son.

This kinda stuff pisses me off to no extent cause My nieces mother doesn't care what they do. Hear this, 1 is 14 and the other is12(will be 13 next week), and their mother lets them wear this hussie shit and lets them hang out with whoever they want to hang out with. Why doesn't she care? Cause this is what she did when she was their age. So she don't see a problem with all of this. But their father left them all when they where very little. I think when they where 4,3 and 1. If it wasn't for me and the situation that I was in I would have tooken her to court for custody, but couldn't.

What ever happened to letting big brothers and Dads and Uncles take care of crap like this. Sounds like fun stuff gone to far, girls maybe didn't get enough attention and cried foul?....let Daddy whoop this kids ass into shape and move on. Arresting to many people for being stupid and not thinking just crowds prisons.

I think the problem is obvious

I think it's a bit much to chuck him in jail. I suppose it also really depends on the context of the situation. If it was in a living room with 15 people at a party and they were all laughing about it (i.e. no sexual overtone) then the hubbub is silly. If it was just him and the two girls, late at night in the guy's bedroom I can see being a little more wound up about it.

That's the thing , we really don't know what the scenerio(sp) was.

i don't think this 18 yr old should be in jail, kids play crazy games god when i was a kid in school the boys would stap the back of my bra. what we playiedspin the bottle and it was a peck kiss some 18 yr old are don't act 18 aand could have a 15 yr old girl friend thats only 3 yr diff we need to keep crimmals in jails not kids for dum kids stuff. but its out tax dollors.
