Trying to find a wholesale source for soupies.
Anyone in the northern part of the state have any suggestions?

A soupie is a type of salami/soprasada.
It is a a combination of pork and spices that are dried
and then put in a jar of Olive Oil
.

Did you ever open your store because I am trying to find a place that makes good soupies. I just want to buy a jar for myself. I am afraid to try and make them myself.
