Due to the weight of the snow, my evergreen at the far end of my yard split. If your kids are out playing, warn them about heavy tree limbs and to stay away from trees.

Just a large tree limb can kill you. It's happened in the past during storms.

Be careful.

By Mari A. Schaefer
Inquirer Staff Writer

A 15-year-old Delaware County boy was struck and injured by a falling tree limb this morning in Upper Chichester.
At 11:37 a.m., police and an ambulance were called to the scene on Capri Circle.
Ed Truitt, the Delaware County Emergency Services director, said few details were available.
He did not know which hospital the child was taken to or his condition.

I think I read somewhere that Dallas was getting snow or flurries. I also saw where we have had more snow this winter than Portland Maine.
