Beaver Valley is in Del....but right at the PA line...spent many nights traveling through there, not ghost hunting, but seeing some fascinating things.....although I don't think I could revel the reasons I was seeing those things....Daughter tells me a few months ago that her and some friends like to drive around down there too....I panicked and yelled "don't you let me catch you down there"...not a good reaction...

Always thought Conshohocken was a weird name. Sort of a tongue twister.

I think Jersey Shore, PA is the oddest thing I ever saw. It's in the middle of nowhere, landlocked, and nowhere near either Jersey or the Shore!

Any of us from Lancaster County would be able to reel off a whole string of funny local town names for you! Like Bird-in-Hand. For a Bible Belt area, it is jam-packed with borderline off-color, double-entendre names....

I like the name "Shamokin." For some reason, every time I hear it, I think of Jim Carrey in "The Mask" and picture him saying it.

My friends and I have been able to figure out the town name Intercourse ......
Remember that the towns name used to be Crosskeys.
It all comes down to hat sales!
You see they sell hats in the town of Intercourse that read: I LOVE INTERCOURSE!
Pretty cool!! Huh?? Well figure ... How many hats would they sell if the read: I LOVE CROSSKEYS! ????
So it's simple ..... It's all about Hat Sales!!

I once dated a girl from Shamokin, and she was.

The problem with Suzy's Hole is people falling in.

If people are falling in Suzy's Hole then it seems to me that the problem is with Suzy's Hole, not the people falling in.
