I am in Milford. Almost not in Pennsylvania since I am just across the Delaware from New Jersey. In fact I am at the top of the hill above Milford and I see the Appalachian trail from my front widow. That is in New Jersey(Montague).I often drive across the Milford bridge to Old Mine Road along the Delaware in New Jersey.

Up here they are called locals. We are transplants from NJ and are welcomed by the locals. The coal mines are all closed here and the mines are now homes to the black bears. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Do the locals all sit on the porch and strum banjos?

No they ride ATV's or snow mobiles all day (weather permitting) or drive around in their pick up trucks with the LOUD dual mufflers. Man this isn't South or North Carolina. These people aren't hillbillies.

I live in New Kingstown... Right on the north side of Carlisle... Blink and you are through it... Carlisle Pike... What a way to live!
Give me a few months, and it might be a house in the mountains... I am thinking Millerstown/Newport area.

I live in Pittston Township, a rapidly-growing suburb about midway between Scranton and Wilkes-Barre in Northern Luzerne County. I'm a college student in Wilkes-Barre who hopes to move to Scranton someday to raise my family because I prefer the "big city" lifestyle.

Are you in town or outside? I used to deliver to the dairy right in town by the flood viaduct and to the one up off 219 in the industrial park and to the coke and pepsi plants.
I have a nephew that lives off 756 near Geistown. He flies helicopter and is constantly deployed to destinations unknown. He`s based out of a guard unit in Johnstown.
